buy a subscription ... Could not renew subscription online. Both cards declined when they shouldn't have been. Called ********** for help. Talked to Chiron Hollin (x*****) His accent was so thick I could barely understand him. We attempted to communicate for over * hours without success. He said my cards wouldn't work because of a technical issue and i needed to get a googleplay*pay card. I did. Called him back. He said card number was invalid and if I wanted a refund (?!) I needed to get another one. Sounded like a scam so I hung up. Sent msg thru this website and was told to sign out of my account and sign back in. That simple suggestion worked and my subscription has been renewed. HOWEVER--the money on the googlepay*play card is gone!!!!! Did I pay twice? Does Zoosk owe me a refund? Did Chiron steal the money? Who got the $** that was on the card? I called googlepay*play andl they told me to call FBI and FTC. I also contacted Walmart where I bought the card.
