i contacted you last week about this issue and you never replied. I have new info anyway. Tried to renew my subscription online but both my bank cards were declined when they shouldn't have been. Called the Zoosk help number. Got a man named Chiron Hollin (ext. *****). His accent was so thick that i had a great deal of trouble understanding him. He said the card problem was due to a technical issue and i should go get a google pay (play?) card. Being stupid I did. Called him back. He said number was invalid and I should go get another one. Told him no--that was nuts. He said if I wanted a refund I needed to get another card. That seemed even stranger---if he received my payment then we should be square. Subscription paid for, case closed. Not. No subscription. Sent a msg via this venue and was told to sign off and sign on again. Worked fine. Subscription renewed. HOWEVER---the money had been taken off of the Google Play card. Where did it go? Did Zoosk get it? Did I pay *x? Does Zoosk owe me a refund? Did Chiron steal it? What is going on? Google play told me to contact FTC and FBI
