I was charged $**.** for a subscription I had thought was cancelled. I did not authorized this payment and only discovered it after a bill would not go through and I spoke with my bank about the issue. When I initially paid last fall I was under the understanding that it would require me to re-subscribe. I cancelled my account in September after meeting my girlfriend. I would like Zoosk to refund the amount.
