Upgrade to a paid subscription. ... Dear Zoosk Customer Support Team,**I have been trying numerous times & waiting for days to upgrade my ac to a paid subscription but I can’t do it because I have not received any validation code even though your message kept saying that it was sent to my phone.** I checked my phone number & it’s the correct one on my ac. It also asked me to key in the validation code that was never sent & to key in a new phone number. Why a new phone number. I only have one phone number.** I’ve decided to upgrade from free to a paid subscription but it’s impossible to do it because I can’t move at all due to this glitch in not receiving this validation code in the first place.** This is getting rather frustrating & if there’s no way that your team can assist in this matter, please let me know as I will have to delete this ac & decide on another dating app. *Please respond to my email provided & help in getting this cleared so that I can upgrade to a paid subscription & send me the validation code. **Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Never received any validation code even though they said it was sent. Therefore can’t move to the next stage to upgrade as a paid subscription.
