I urgently need assistance with an issue related to my Zoosk account. My username was Katarina58, and I'm Debi Whitaker. Earlier this year, I subscribed to Zoosk, met someone, and deleted my account, or so I thought. This caused problems in my new relationship this summer, as a friend found my profile still active. I rectified this by going back in and permanently deleting it. However, my boyfriend recently discovered my profile was still visible on the site, even after deletion, leading to our breakup. I did not authorize the continued use of my profile and will pursue legal action if not resolved promptly. This situation has had a devastating impact on my relationship.

I need to file a complaint regarding a previous client named Garrett Spencer. We had a pleasant exchange via email for about a month until he mentioned having a job abroad. However, shortly before leaving, he requested I buy items worth over $[redacted]. I declined and advised him to ask his employer, but he repeatedly insisted, making excuses like me not caring about him or risking his contract. After multiple failed attempts to reason with him, I decided to cut off contact. Sadly, this situation has recurred with five different individuals, leaving me feeling scammed. I am seeking a refund as encountering this five times is excessive and disappointing. Thank you, Shelley J. from Decatur, Alabama.

I have been trying for months to cancel my account and subscription with no success. Despite not using Zoosk for a long time, I have been continually billed. I have been very disappointed with the customer service and membership practices. I would appreciate being refunded for the period I was not an active member. I hope that the company can turn my negative experience around. Please reach out to me with a resolution. Thank you, Patrick Dolejsi.

I recently noticed a charge on my account that I believe should have been canceled. I no longer require the service as I've met someone and have been seeing them for three months. I've tried to contact customer service multiple times to request a refund with no success. While I've had a positive experience with the service leading to meeting someone special, I still would like a refund due to no longer needing it. I've been unable to reach a representative over the phone to discuss the charges. Kindly contact me at [redacted] to address this issue. Thank you.

I suspect that the person I have been conversing with may not be genuine. How thorough is your verification process? The photos on his profile appeared authentic, but the ones he is sending seem professionally done. He requested money from me last night. Naturally, I am cautious and did not comply. I am determined to expose this individual. He goes by the username tenderlovincare and claims to reside in Kansas City. He mentioned leaving the site a few weeks ago, yet he remains in my connections. It almost feels like I am conversing with two different people. I did not sign up for this kind of experience. Despite being skeptical for years, I decided to give it a try, and this is the second person who refuses to send a selfie alleging they do not have an iPhone. It is possible to take photos even with basic flip phones. Coming from a small town in South Dakota, I am not accustomed to such odd encounters. A person named Peter Wolfgang insisted on sharing a copy of their SS# only via email. I am reluctant to disclose my last name and address. Can you assist in verifying this? Thank you.

I encountered a man named Michael Crider on your website in September. He claimed to be a widower from France living in Seattle, WA, with one son and working as an engineer. Around November 7th, he requested $10,[redacted], stating he was cleaning oil spills in the Gulf of Alaska and needed funds for cleaning solutions. Despite never meeting him in person, we only communicated via text and phone calls. I refused to give him the money as I suspected he might be a scammer. I have reported him to the Federal Trade Commission. This is the second individual from Zoosk who attempted to scam me, making me reluctant to return to your dating platform. All I sought was a genuine relationship. Could you please investigate whether he is indeed a scammer, remove him from your website, and safeguard others from falling victim to this deceit? I await your response. Thank you, S.P.

Last week, I made multiple attempts to deactivate my Zoosk account in order to hide my profile. Despite doing so through my iPhone settings, I am still receiving emails from Zoosk and its members. Despite several interactions with Zoosk Customer Support confirming my account's deactivation, I am still being contacted by them and other members, including this morning. According to Get Human, the best contact number is [redacted], but being in Australia, I am unable to connect as I am unsure of the prefix to use. Please assist me in completely deactivating my Zoosk account or provide guidance on how I can contact them by phone.

I am reaching out to inform you of a data breach I recently observed on your platform. I began receiving multiple instant message alerts on my account, "[redacted]," all containing the same repeated message. This raised concerns as it seemed deliberate. Prior to this, I encountered approximately six fake accounts and promptly reported them using the IM pull-down menu. Until these incidents, I had been satisfied with your service. I believe addressing this breach is crucial for your security team. I have documented the dates and times of these occurrences for your reference in checking your log files. Additionally, I wish to highlight my mixed experiences with your customer service - my first interaction was positive, though unhelpful, while my follow-up regarding this matter was less satisfactory.

It seems that you aim to manipulate and regulate accounts and users to fit your profit-driven agenda. There is no opportunity for a trial period where one can have a truthful profile reflecting the service without your interference. Your platform is not user-friendly, lacks transparency, and the process to opt-out or close accounts is unfriendly to consumers. By not allowing for diverse viewpoints, you may discourage potential clients who value objectivity. Consequently, I am inclined to cease evaluating your app and its offerings. This approach is detrimental to your members as well.

To whom it may concern, This morning, I noticed that my account has somehow been merged with another individual's account, potentially named Chris. While I received an email from Zoosk approving changes to "my story," I did not make any updates myself. Upon logging in, I discovered that this other person's photos, story, and profile are now appearing on my account, which is registered under FISH at [redacted] The new individual is a 59-year-old Sagittarius from Fremantle, while I am a 47-year-old Aquarius. Despite retaining my contacts and messages, I am now receiving messages addressed to "Chris" and interest from a different demographic. I kindly request that all of Chris's content be removed from my account and that it be restored to its original state. Please ensure Chris's information is transferred back to his correct account and give me access to my own FISH ([redacted]) account once again. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Fish

On November 25th, I used my debit card to buy a sub for R [redacted].36, but it was the wrong one. The store agreed to refund R [redacted].36 and charge R [redacted].48 for the correct sub. They promised the refund in 5-10 business days. However, when I checked on the refund, they claimed they didn't charge me. My bank wants a letter from Zoosk explaining why they didn't process the R [redacted].36 charge and took out R [redacted].48. I've reached out via email but have not received a response. Can someone please help me with this?

I have been trying to reach you for over a month about my Zoosk registration issue. I joined in October [redacted], paid £25 for a month with a promo code extending it to December 4th, [redacted]. Despite this, I have not been able to see or send messages. Zoosk took £25 from my account without resolving the problem. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I urgently need a refund and my account activated as paid for. The lack of communication has been frustrating. Please address this promptly before I escalate the matter. My email is [redacted] and a possible reference is [redacted]. Contact me urgently at 0[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. Thank you, Rhian.

I recently updated my "About me" section on this dating site, but it was declined for breaking guidelines. After reviewing, I believe I did not violate any rules. I express my desire for love compared to casual dating/hookups on the site and plan to close my account in 10 days. Originally, my update was approved with modifications but then further altered without my consent. My username was also changed, which left me feeling frustrated and confused. I wonder if this was intentional or just an oversight. As a paying member, I expect respect and professionalism. This incident has lowered my confidence in the site. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I received a notification from Zoosk that a man messaged me. He's 56 years old and lives 20 miles away in Pleasant Valley, which is where I also reside. Unfortunately, when I tried to reply, I lost the page on my phone. He sent me a heart, and I recall his profile but not his name. I'm eager to find him and would appreciate any assistance in locating him. I'm very interested in meeting him. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I recently encountered two scammers on your website, resulting in a significant financial loss. I am urgently seeking answers to the following questions: 1. If a suspect cancels their account, can you identify their ID, home address, mobile number, and other personal information based on their registration and payment details in your database? 2. If so, would you be willing to cooperate with the police to track them when necessary? I have kept records of the suspect's profile on your website, including their mobile number, email address, WhatsApp texts, and evidence of their scam activities. If I provide this evidence, would you be able to help me identify them, including their real name, ID, home address, nationality, etc.? Please refrain from providing generic responses about blocking members, as I am already familiar with those steps. Thank you. Sincerely, Xiuyan Liu Email: [redacted] Mobile: [redacted]

I have had concerns about my Zoosk account. I tried to unsubscribe and delete all my information, but it seems that my details and photo are still visible. I suspect that my photo is being shared on Facebook through your site, as I have been receiving unwanted messages from strangers since I signed up. This has never happened to me before. I want all my pictures and personal information completely removed from Zoosk. I do not wish to be associated with it anymore. I need assistance to ensure that all traces of me are permanently erased from your site. Please assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I need help finding member profiles and photos after receiving messages. Is there a way to search for a member who messaged me? When I get message notifications, it's hard to view larger photos or access the sender's profile or location. I also receive message notifications when there are none. Smart picks show tiny photos without the ability to zoom in or see details for making a decision. The lack of clear instructions in the help or FAQ section makes the website user-unfriendly. I've tried using the platform on both my phone and computer with no success. This experience may lead me to cancel my membership.

I believed they would auto-charge me on December 26, but I couldn't remove my credit card info. To my surprise, they charged me on the 25th when I tried to cancel on the 26th. By changing my card details, they shouldn't have processed it, yet they did without permission. Their service didn't live up to their promises. The people on the dating site were disappointing for my first online dating experience. The site needs to improve its algorithms and screen potential matches better. My encounters were unfavorable, with men being inappropriate or not meeting my criteria. Some users were disrespectful or too far away, and I had to pay extra to limit who could see my profile. Overall, the site's member base was inadequate and left me feeling frustrated.

I recently met a man named Ronald on Zoosk, also known as Ronnie Gremler. After our date, I discovered disturbing information about him online. A news article from NY Daily News in [redacted] revealed he was involved in a concerning incident of abuse. I strongly urge Zoosk to remove him from the platform without any delay. It is crucial to prevent him from causing harm to others. I want to remain anonymous in this matter. Thank you in advance for addressing this urgent issue promptly.
