The issue in GetHuman-jrampig's own words
I've tried to contact you for over a month regarding my registration. After browsing for a while, I decided to join in October ****. I seemed to start seeing messages from men for a day or two but don't think they saw my replies..then I could not see messages again or send any (it just told me to register, when I already had confirmation from Zoosk on **th *ctober that I had). I looked at my account and found that you HAD TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! I only wanted to see how it went for a month so I chose the higher price of £** per month and also used the extra * weeks promotion code taking the end date, Zoosk confirmed, to *th December ****. I emailed Zoosk on **st October to say I was unhappy and to find out what was going on but I had no response. I emailed again on the **rd October and AGAIN on the **st October (as a reply to a 'tip' email to try another route) but STILL no response. I've been receiving lots of messages from potential men and even kept trying to message them back and ask if they could see my messages..no responses so guessed they couldn't. I emailed AGAIN on **th of November saying that I wanted the problem fixed and the October-December *th **** already PAID for will START from the time that my registration actually starts working! STILL NO RESPONSE..and now I have just seen that Zoosk has TAKEN ANOTHER £** FROM MY ACCOUNT (Ref: ***********)*I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!! *I URGENTLY NEED YOU TO REFUND THIS AMOUNT OF £**..AND MY ORIGINAL £** unless I can be properly fully activated on it, seeing and sending messages for the * weeks ALREADY PAID FOR and anything else you can give me (free upgrade, coins, extended period, etc) due to this very frustrating and terrible treatment of a new customer. It is so near Christmas now that it is also probably too late to meet up with potentials, which is one of the reasons why I chose October to join! I'm sure when you look into this, you will see proof of the above, e.g. that I haven't been able to see messages, my attempts at sending to them hasn't worked and no record of my message attempts are seen by me...and that I have been trying to contact Zoosk about the error.*If I do not receive an answer this time, I will have to take it further..as I am NOT accepting GIVING AWAY MY MONEY FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING..TWICE!
