On ** November - I used my debit card and purchased a sub for R ***.** - this was not the sub that I wanted - and they kindly said they would refund the R ***.**, and then deduct the R ***.** which was the sub I wanted in the beginning. They said they would refund me in *-** business days. Now when I enquire when I will be getting the money back, they say that they never took the money from my account, so it is just sitting in uncleared? When I speak to my bank, they say they need a letter from Zoosk on a letterhead with the reason why you didn't take the R ***.**, and that you deducted the *R ***.** as the R ***.** is incorrect, and that the money is to come back into my account. Now when I send emails - no-one bothers to get back to me. Please assist.
