I havnt been on zoosk for a long time as I froze my account. I just received my bank statement and have seen that you have taken money out of my bank account without my authorisation. I am not impressed. I would like my money back and would like you to delete my account asap. You have charged me£**.** for a service that I havnt used and there for if my money is not returned straight away I will contacting my bank to get the money back!
