Yesterday I found a promo code for a free month. When I put the code in it then sent me to another screen and it said for unlimited message I think it was it would be *.** I didn’t think that was that bad so I agreed. Well right after that I then get a text from my bank saying I was charged not only for a full month at like $*** And *.**. I called twice yesterday and I immediately called after I received that text message and the prompt said there was ** callers ahead of me and if I didn’t want to wait I could press one and wouldn’t lose my place in line and someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back so I called back probably four or five hours later and waited a probably **’min on hold and so I then pressed * again and nobody called me back again. So I wake up and on my way to work I call again and I get through and the lady on the phone said she could only refund me $* and I explained to her that I had a promo code for free and it then charged me and the was unacceptable I should of only at the most paid *.** five dollars wasn’t enough. I wanted to speak to a manager and then she says I can transfer you but they will tell you the samething and basically in a shorter version I am wasting my time. She then puts me on hold and says she’s going to see if her supervisor can take my call she gets back on the phone seconds later and says she’s busy this was at **am this morning and she explained she would call me back it’s now been four hours and once again no call back and from currently on hold and have been on hold for **min with ** callers ahead of me.
