My account "Debonair" cannot get past "validate account." I enter my cell, *** ***-****, but never receive a text, nor can I proceed further. Also, can't send messages and can't view smart pics. My order number is **********. email *****@***.com. I have left * call back requests for two days, with no response. I also previously submitted two service requests: ******* and ******* but never received any response. Your customer service is terrible.
GetHuman-geoarsla did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
