My debit card was charged twice. I unsubscribed from the service and it says I am still subscribed. Here is the literal transactions from my bank account : SEP ***POS PURCH : ZOOSK *-***-***- **** CA ****** ZOOSK *-***-**-***US*$**.***$***.***SEP ***POS PURCH : ZOOSK *-***-***- **** CA ****** ZOOSK *-***-**-***US*$**.***$***.***How if I am unsubscribed am I being charged not only once but twice? I used it for a couple days. I never agreed to even being charged either of those amounts. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP.**MY phone number is ***-***-****.**the email to the account is *****@***.com. I unsubscribed days ago. How is it still even active? This is a fraud case.
