My name is Tamara, I downloaded your app based on getting notifications to see what it was. After entering some info, I got an alert from my bank asking about charges I had made in the amount of ***.**, I declined that I had purchased anything in this amount and my card was canceled. I have to wait *-** days to get a new one and have to than update all of my online banking info. After they cancelled it, I found out it was from Zoosk. *I began using Zoosk under the impression someone had hacked my account based on the charge I made was for **.**.*I just saw my account and the ***.** was from Zoosk. I was charged three times. *. For ***.** *. For *.** and *. For **.** A total of $ ***.**. I do not have this kind of money especially to spend on an application at this time. I am very upset based on needing this money to go elsewhere.*I think your app is great although am hoping that we can remedy the situation. There must have been some type of confusion when downloading and checking out the application because the pricing was clearly listed for one month at **.**. At which point if I liked it, I would continue on to a longer membership which I understood brought the monthly price down quite a bit.*I don't know how **.** turned into ***.**.
