Hi there, I actually called and was on the phone for over an HOUR to get my account resubscribed to. There has to be a faster more efficient way to do this or refund me my money. I believe what happened is I meant to hide my profile*pause it. In all actuality I cancelled my subscription that I just paid for. I want to be able to have my subscription active or you can refund it. An HOUR on the phone with someone is ridiculous and actually very frustrating. Please fix my account.
GetHuman-heidilob did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
