Still trying to have my subscription reactivated since Zoosk taking my money on *th August.*Numerous emails and still nothing ... My subscription renewal went through * days ago and still unable to reply to messages!!! *Numerous emails to your support along with iTunes proof of renewal.*Reinstate my subscription or refund my money.*Inadequate customer service, very poor!*If my subscription isn’t reinstated today, I will be taking this to our government authorities and ombudsman!
Once you pay for something you expect to benefit from it. I feel as though they have stolen from me
