The issue in GetHuman-macmart's own words
I signed up for a monthly account. I received an alert from my bank that Zoosk had submitted a charge for $** which I declined and cancelled my hard. I was also charged the following amounts:************ZOOSK **-** ***-***-**** CA ****DEBIT CARD RECURRING PYMT*POS*–$**.*************ZOOSK **-** ***-***-**** CA ****DEBIT CARD RECURRING PYMT*POS*–$**.*************ZOOSK **-** ***-***-**** CA ****DEBIT CARD PURCHASE*POS*–$**.*************ZOOSK **-** ***-***-**** CA ****DEBIT CARD RECURRING PYMT*POS*–$**.*************ZOOSK **-** ***-***-**** CA ****DEBIT CARD RECURRING PYMT*POS*–$*.****I cancelled the account within * days. I want a full refund of all charges made to my account immediately. This is the third time I have contacted you regarding this issue.

GetHuman-macmart did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
