Hi there I cancelled my subscription to Zoosk on the **th June with a couple of days still to go...but when I looked at my current bank statement it had taken £**.** plus £*.** as an add-on and said my cancellation had not come through until **th...How could this have happened when I clearly was not due to renew for a few days...this does not give dating sites a good reputation and I would most appreciate if you would give this matter your utmost attention.*Thanks Russ.
