I canceled my membership before its renewal date via my account months ago and you are trying to bill my credit card * times with * different dollars amounts of $**, $** and $** to a credit card that has been suspended. Why? I canceled this subscription yet you are attempting to bill me for a service that I have not used. Please explain and correct this issue. Nor am I delinquent as stated on the site when I logged backed on to see what the issue might be.
GetHuman-jmuwbb did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
