My profile name is "Harmony" and when I go to renew my subscription it says my card has been declined. My credit card is very active and should not be declined. I cannot change anything on the payment page and it is very disruptive. It seems to be frozen and, more to the point, I cannot keep up with my messaging which is what you are all about. I was planning on handling some messaging this evening and I am stuck in this time warp and credit card declined state. Please fix this immediately and try my credit card again - it is ACTIVE!!!
