I joined Zoosk on a one-month subscription. The subscription was ready to renew on ****** so I cancelled my account on ****** and de-activated my acct. Today, which is ******, I noticed that I was charged for another month. I checked my status and it says my account is active. I am trying to understand why its active and I was charged.
GetHuman761877 did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
