If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

my account was hacked * days ago by changing my email address. i was advised to change my password and was unable to do so since the hacker changed it. again today someone hacked and changed my name and added pictures from my FB account. That password was changed * days ago when i was first hacked. but since I couldn't get my password to change i was informed to sign in via FB. Well not this time! i want a new account and my billing information deleted and reset up with a brand new account and a brand new password with my original email address and the subscription transferred to the new account. I am very very upset about this! this person is sending people message under my name... NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW
