my account was hacked * days ago by changing my email address. i was advised to change my p***word and was unable to do so since the hacker changed it. again today someone hacked and changed my name and added pictures from my FB account. That p***word was changed * days ago when i was first hacked. but since I couldn't get my p***word to change i was informed to sign in via FB. Well not this time! i want a new account and my billing information deleted and reset up with a brand new account and a brand new p***word with my original email address and the subscription transferred to the new account. I am very very upset about this! this person is sending people message under my name... NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW
I trust that Zoosk will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
