Last year October I signed up for a six months subscription with Zoosk. My subscription ended in March of this year. During the time when I was using Zoosk normally I would get alert messages in my regular message that I have received messages from a users of Zoosk without signing in. However it has been two months now since my subscription is ended and I am getting message alert that people have been messaging me on Zoosk. This seems to me that my profile is still showing and people messaging me without my knowledge. So my question is why is it that my profile has not been removed from the site after two months I have unsubscribed? I am asking you please to get this resolved. Thank you.
