Re-fund on all paid services. ... This is BS - "g-et h-uman" no humans here! **I use m-atch and cu-pid, and I feel like I am getting a value. The site works poorly - ie almost ALL of my smart picks are well over an hour drive away, no way to change that. I'm not seeing relevant action. I feel ripped off. * This is a fairly new subscription. Please refund for all subscription services and unused extras.
This issue hasn't been fixed. I got a call, nobody there. Then in here, it says fixed. Not cool.
I want all premium services refunded and any recurring charges stopped.
I expect results cmmensurate with cost, comparable to other services. I expect matches to be within search radius - some ** minutes or more away. MOST over forty miles on the other side of Denver. TONS from Littleton, forty five miles away, other side of the city. It can take two hours to get there!
