I have deactivated my account and changed my "subscription details" in my Zoosk settings SEVERAL TIMES and yet am STILL being charged a monthly fee. I have sent an email to their customer service email address and have had no response. I first tried to deactivate Zoosk in Dec ****, therefore have been charged for another four months at $**.**, totalling an amount of $***.** which I would like refunded immediately and my account subscription ceased once and for all, and my account deleted.
I trust that Zoosk will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
