Today, I ordered food from Zomato. Before delivery, they promised it would arrive by 9:19 PM or it would be free, which I have a screenshot of. However, they are now refusing and only offering a Rs [redacted] promo code. I paid Rs [redacted] for the order, with an additional Rs 20 for on-time delivery. Keeping commitments is important, and I feel they should honor their promise. I am insistent on a refund due to this situation. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I had a negative experience with Zomato. On December 5, [redacted], at 9:13 pm, I placed an order, but it was not delivered due to an address selection error on the app. The issue led to Rs [redacted] being deducted without receiving the food. I contacted the delivery person who declined to deliver to the correct address. After reaching out to the delivery team's customer service, they also refused to assist me. As of now, the Rs [redacted] has not been refunded to my Paytm account. I am requesting the refund of the amount. My email linked to the account is [redacted], and my mobile number is [redacted].

Yesterday, I accidentally ordered food for $[redacted] to the wrong address. In my rush, I realized my mistake within a minute and promptly canceled the order. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund yet. During the cancellation, the Zomato representative did not inform me that I might not receive a refund. What disappointed me further was the absence of a customer care service at Zomato to discuss my issue. It was truly a horrible experience.

Hello, I placed an order for Rs. [redacted] at Sangeetha Restaurant. The driver informed me that the address was incorrect and canceled my order. I was willing to pay extra to have my order delivered to the correct location, but Zomato's service is disappointing. I cannot reach customer care for assistance, and they refuse to issue a refund. Yesterday, on December 9th, I ordered food from Southern Spice. I had requested Puttagodula Vepudu but received Prawns Pulav instead. As a vegetarian, this mix-up was troubling for me. I kindly request a refund for this order promptly. Additionally, in a previous order from Golconda Chefs, I received egg fry instead of egg chili id (order id: [redacted]) and my Zomato credits were not applied. I urge you to ensure that both issues are addressed - the incorrect dish and missing credits in a timely manner. The order id for both incidents at Southern Spice is [redacted]. I recently signed up for Zomato Gold after seeing an ad promising a Rs [redacted] cashback in the form of a Rs [redacted] discount on 5 orders. I was also expecting an instant discount on my current order if I registered within 10 minutes. However, upon checking the benefits of Zomato Gold, I couldn't find any of these offers. The numerous terms and conditions make it seem like the advertisement was misleading. Ideally, I would like to cancel my membership with Zomato Gold.

Dear Sir, My name is Kamaljit Singh and I am from Amritsar. I placed an order at Ask Sasta Chicken in Amritsar for 1 Chicken Tawa, 1 Paneer Tawa, and 9 Rotis. I made the payment using my debit card, and even though the amount of Rs. [redacted]/- was debited from my bank account, due to a bad gateway, I did not receive the order from Sasta Chicken Amritsar. I placed an order on Zomato, but it got processed as a Dominos Pizza order with Order No. 51. The delivery was scheduled for 6:07 pm, but it's already 6:35 pm, and the order hasn't arrived. Trying to get help, I was informed that Dominos Pizza is handling the order using their own wallet. When contacting them, they were uncooperative, assuring me the order will arrive and making it difficult to reach them especially because their phone line is chargeable. This situation is frustrating as I wanted to order through Zomato but now have to deal with Dominos directly. The order is now 30 minutes late, leading to dissatisfaction with the service provided.

I placed an order on Zomato on November 28th, but it was canceled, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite being told multiple times that the refund has been initiated, it has been 18 days, and I am still waiting for it. They keep saying it will take 3 to 5 more days, but I find it hard to believe they are taking this long for a refund. I have saved all the chat screenshots showing my conversations with them. They have given different reasons like blaming the RBI or PhonePe, but I have not received my refund as of now.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order from Food Court Soya Veg Champ in Sirhind, Punjab. Despite prepaying for my food, I faced a delay where they initially mentioned my order was on the way for five hours, only to later claim it was delivered when I hadn't received anything. The Zomato valet informed me that my order was canceled due to it being out of their service location. While I understand this has happened before, what is frustrating is their lack of customer support for issuing a refund this time around. I am unable to find a customer care number for Zomato, which is quite frustrating. I hope they resolve this situation promptly.

After multiple calls and chats with Zomato, I have yet to receive a resolution. I waited for a response for an hour after receiving my order. The quality of the food provided was so poor that I felt like vomiting after just one bite. The description mentioned in the menu did not match what was received in my order. I have attached photos of the smoked chicken and chicken biryani. The chicken seemed fresh, but the whole dish had a foul smell. I am requesting a refund of my money.

I had a terrible experience with Zomato recently. Their delivery personnel were uneducated and rude, lacking basic customer service skills. I have been attempting to contact Zomato to file a complaint against the delivery person since the afternoon, but their app is not connecting for chat support. The service was extremely poor, and the delivery person's behavior was unacceptable. I have decided to uninstall the app immediately. I find Swiggy to be a much better option as their delivery staff know how to interact politely with customers.

I have tried reaching out numerous times with no success. Additionally, Zomato's chat support is unhelpful, making it difficult to report issues. This experience has shaken my trust as a loyal customer. I have contacted Sahara Restaurant, and they confirmed the order was picked up by the delivery agent. I have cancelled an order from Amrit Sweets and I am wondering how and when my refund will be processed. The email and phone number associated with my Zomato account are ak****[redacted] and [redacted]. The order ID is [redacted]. I ordered milk cake sweets, but there was no food wastage as I went to the shop before they started packing the food, and the sweets were pre-made and pre-stored. I am considering filing a case against Zomato and the restaurant. If a cancellation fee was charged and paid to the restaurant, why was my order cancelled? If the full price is being taken as a cancellation fee, I would have preferred to receive the order instead.

I placed an order on December 18th at 12:54 am. The order was accepted, and payment was processed. However, the delivery boy did not deliver the order as promised. Despite trying to contact him, his phone was switched off. Zomato is claiming it was my mistake, but it was the delivery boy's fault. If my payment is not refunded promptly, I will take legal action against Zomato and share negative feedback on all my social media platforms. I have been a Zomato delivery partner for six months and generally enjoyed my experience. However, a payment I made via UPI on November 30th seems to have encountered an issue. While my bank and the UPI company claim it was successful, Zomato insists it failed and cannot refund the amount. It has now been 22 days, and I am still unable to access the money that is currently stuck.

Hello, I recently placed an order at Ashish Restaurant in Vadodara. I made sure to input the correct address, but unfortunately, due to a Zomato system error, the wrong address was displayed to the Zomato delivery driver which led to my order being canceled. I believe this issue originated from Zomato's system and not from my end. As a result, I am requesting a refund within 24 hours. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it to consumer forums and share my experience on social media. I have already reached out via email to [redacted] with a screenshot of my order history detailing the incident, but I have yet to receive a response from the system.

I have encountered multiple instances of receiving poor-quality food on your app. Despite my complaints, no action has been taken. I am considering never ordering from Zomato again. I demand a refund or a coupon of equal value as the cake I ordered from Agarwal Caterers for a birthday celebration turned out to be of unacceptable quality, completely ruining the event. For reference, I made the purchase using the phone number [redacted]. It is my sincere request that this matter is promptly addressed by investigating and addressing the issue since I paid for a subpar product. Could you please address this promptly?

I recently ordered a 1kg pineapple cake from Karachi Bakery's Indira Nagar branch in Bengaluru through the Zomato app on 02/02/[redacted] at 16:45. Subsequently, a representative from Karachi Bakery called me to push for buying a more expensive cake instead of fulfilling my original order. This behavior reflects poorly on their integrity. Despite cancelling the order through Zomato's call center and being assured of a refund, I have yet to receive my money back. Such false promises are unacceptable, and action should be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future to uphold your company's reputation. I am Hari from Chennai. I placed an order through the Zomato food app using my phone number ending in [redacted] on June 26th, Friday, at 7:17 pm. The order total was Rs [redacted].25, but the final status was rejected. Despite the app indicating the food would arrive within 30 minutes, the status kept changing until it was suddenly canceled at 8:07 pm. I tried contacting the delivery person immediately but received no response. When I finally reached him, he claimed he couldn't find the address and canceled the order, though I had not received any calls. I provided a clear address and kept an eye out for the delivery, but he insists he made an effort. I demand a full refund of Rs [redacted].25. I attempted to contact Manshuk Sweets at [redacted]-[redacted], but they did not respond to my calls. When I contacted the delivery person, Saravana Kumar at [redacted], he claimed to have called me, which is untrue as I did not receive any calls.
