Hello, I'm a regular customer on Zomato named Gaurav. I ordered food for my family last night, but the delivery boy called me using abusive language and was shouting. He used disrespectful words and even got into an argument in front of my house. This behavior was unacceptable from a brand like Zomato. My order number is #[redacted]. I am requesting a full refund because the food arrived wet and after the promised time. Please advise the delivery boy not to behave this way in the future as it reflects poorly on the brand's reputation. Thank you.

I placed an order with Nazeer Foods on 11th May at 09:03 PM with the order number #[redacted]. I paid for the order using a card, but I never received it. I have contacted Zomato since yesterday regarding this issue. I insist on a refund for the order and compensation for the loss I have faced. It's important to update the apps with an OTP option to ensure that the person ordering is the one confirming delivery, not the delivery person. Money and time are hard-earned, and it's crucial to avoid such mistakes that misuse them.

Hello, My name is Mohar Singh, and I have not placed any orders recently. However, I have been receiving numerous calls from the number [redacted]5 in the last 3-5 working days. The caller claims that an order was placed by someone named Utsav Jaiswal in Noida sector 52, whereas I reside in Mumbai. This situation is causing me great frustration, and if it persists, it may escalate into a bigger problem. I kindly request to stop receiving these calls and place my number on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list. I hope that this matter will be resolved promptly. I recently placed an order at a restaurant and canceled within one minute. However, the entire amount was deducted from my account. The app mentioned the kitchen might have already started cooking, which seems unlikely within such a short timeframe. Attached are details confirming the cancellation occurred promptly. I seek a refund for the deducted amount. I engaged with live chat support, who recommended I email the concern. I believe exceptions should be made for cases like this where the cancellation was immediate. If a refund is not feasible, I am willing to reorder from the same restaurant using the credited amount. I placed an order with Ashoka Family Restaurant on June 25, [redacted]. However, the delivery was unable to be completed because the delivery person, Sunil, experienced a bike puncture and couldn't reach me. He requested that the order be canceled from my side, as he couldn't do it himself. I followed through by canceling the order selecting the reason "delivery was expected in lesser time" because there wasn't an option specifically for a bike puncture issue. I am hoping to avoid the imposed penalty of Rs. [redacted] on my next order as the cancellation was due to the delivery person's bike puncture. Can this issue be resolved so that I can continue using your services? Please look into Sunil's situation for confirmation. I'm looking forward to a positive resolution.

I placed an order for food on June 23, [redacted] with Order No: [redacted]. The delivery driver contacted me when I was in the washroom. After I called him back and asked him to come up for the delivery as I wasn't feeling well, he refused and left, canceling my order. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly with him, he was rude and uncooperative. I am a loyal Zomato customer and am very disappointed with this behavior. I have been in contact with customer service via email to request a refund for the unfulfilled order, but I have not received my refund yet. I urge Zomato to look into this matter promptly and issue a refund. Thank you.

Hello Team, I placed an order ([redacted]) on June 4th. While in transit, the delivery person mentioned being unfamiliar with the area and unable to proceed. Despite my request to contact customer care, no call was received. Later, I was notified that my order was canceled without a refund. When contacting Zomato chat support, I was informed no refund would be issued due to lack of response. I had provided the correct address, hence the cancellation was unjust. Three emails sent to [redacted] have gone unanswered. I am disappointed by this handling of the situation and hope for a prompt resolution.

I placed an order with Om Dhaba & Caters, but it was canceled because I was unreachable. The Zomato delivery boy called me, but then his number wouldn't connect. Last night, I ordered food and requested a discount through Zomato's chat. After a lengthy wait, they called me back. When I tried calling Zomato's number found on Google, no one answered. Later, I received another call from the same number asking about a refund. Following some instructions, I ended up with two accidental deductions totaling ₹24,[redacted] from my account. Shocked, I reported this to the police, and now I am receiving calls from the same number. I have also emailed Zomato about this issue. It is crucial that as a company, they ensure that fake accounts are not easily found online. My financial situation is dire now, and this has caused me significant distress. I need a resolution urgently as my funds are depleted. It's crucial for Zomato to address this promptly and have efficient customer support. I placed an order for a pizza using my Zomato app and was charged Rs.70. I called the delivery person and waited at my gate, but kept receiving a busy signal for 15 minutes despite the app showing he had arrived. I noticed a Zomato employee nearby talking on the phone, but was unsure if it was him. Feeling frustrated, I eventually called out his name. I placed an order for food yesterday using a Sodexo meal card for payment. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive, and I was informed that the delivery driver had tried to contact me. Despite my attempts to reach out to them, they did not respond. When I reported the issue, I was told that a refund was not possible. This is concerning as the order was canceled by the restaurant, and I believe a refund should be issued for an undelivered order. It was disheartening to be informed by Zomato chat support that I am at fault in this situation. Hello, I placed an order worth Rs.[redacted] on May 1, [redacted], at 1:13 PM, but it got rejected. The amount was added as Zomato promotional credits with an expiration date. I am unable to use these credits on subsequent orders. The Rs.[redacted] added on May 3 are not promotional credits but my own money. I believe it's unfair for Zomato to impose an expiry date on my own money. I kindly request a refund of these credits back to my account so I can continue using Zomato happily. Dear Sir, I had a good job going on with Zomato and was earning well, but due to a small mistake, they terminated me. I wasn't aware that ordering from my mobile would lead to my ID getting blocked, so I never did that. I am very troubled. Please give me another chance, reactivate my ID. I placed an order at Food-O-Zone in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. However, they accepted my order but failed to deliver it. When I tried calling the restaurant, nobody answered my calls. The restaurant owner contacted me at 5:15 AM, informing me that they couldn't deliver my order. I requested to cancel the order, but the owner mentioned that if I canceled, I wouldn't receive a refund. I asked them to cancel from their end, but they didn't. Around 7:30 AM, I received a notification from Zomato stating that my order was delivered, though I hadn't received it or my refund yet. Please investigate this matter. My order number is [redacted].

Dear Sir, I am a Zomato rider from Himachal Pradesh, based in Dharamsala. I am facing an issue where I had to cancel two orders due to the same bike being faulty. The first order was canceled because of a flat tire, which I reported and discussed on the spot. The second bike also had issues. I am unsure how to handle such a situation when delivering orders. Sir, I'd like to share a recent experience I had with your company. I generally do not cancel orders, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel one recently. Additionally, I was flagged for not delivering an order to the customer's exact location but a kilometer away, as per their request. In such cases, I was trained to confirm the delivery location with the customer over a call, especially when they provide an incorrect address. I am concerned about the repercussions on the rider if the company decides to terminate them for this. I kindly request that you consider the rider's perspective and feelings before making any decisions.

Dear sir, I am a Zomato rider from Himachal Pradesh in Dharamsala. My ID was terminated due to issues with 3 orders, although I did not make any mistakes on those orders. Two orders were canceled, and one had a problem with the customer location for delivery. I normally do not cancel orders, but at that time, there were circumstances that forced me to cancel. During the delivery of the first order, my scooter had a flat tire, and I informed the support team immediately. Similarly, my scooter broke down during the second order, and I contacted support. I was labelled a defaulter in both cases due to the same accident issue. Delivering in such situations becomes challenging. Also, informing customers about the wrong location was part of my training to confirm details before delivery for smooth service. I am seeking your understanding and ask for a review of my feedback to show that I have been working correctly with the company. Kindly consider not terminating my contract. Thank you.

I ordered three items from Vasant Vilas Hotel, but only received two. Unfortunately, the masala dosa was missing from my delivery. After notifying the hotel, they confirmed that the delivery boy did not pick it up. I reached out to the delivery man, and he advised me to contact the hotel again. The hotel acknowledged they have the item but mentioned that the delivery boy is unwilling to pick it up at the moment. If it's not possible to deliver the missing item, please issue a refund for the amount.

I ordered cod and chose to pay through the Zomato link. However, upon delivery, the delivery person insisted on a personal payment claiming Zomato doesn't pay them. This led to an awkward situation as I had already paid through the app. The delivery person raised their voice and refused to let me contact customer service. I feel cheated and would like a refund for one of the payments.

Due to an issue with your application, the delivery address for my order on November 5th, [redacted] was changed, resulting in the delivery boy refusing to deliver to the correct address. I was charged Rs [redacted] for the order that was never delivered. I would like a refund of the deducted amount from my Paytm account. Despite sending several emails, I have not received a response. Your customer service needs improvement to keep customers satisfied. I am requesting the Rs [redacted] refund to be processed back to my Paytm account promptly. If not resolved within a couple of hours, I will have to escalate this matter further. Please address and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
