BUY FOOD ONLINE LIKE A NORMAL CUSTOMER ... Order from Nazeer Foods.*Placed on **th May at **:** PM.**************Yesterday I had PLACED AND PAID THROUGH CARD ALREADY for the above order, but I NEVER RECEIVED THE SAID ORDER.**Now that I HAVE PAID FOR THE ORDER I REALLY DON’T CARE WHAT YOU GUYS DO TO THE PARTNER RESTAURANT OR THE DELIVERY BOY I NEED MY REFUND AND THE ADDITIONAL FOR THE LOSS I HAVE INCURRED.. *I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING ZOMATO EVER SINCE YESTERDAY..**PS: *I REALLY WANT YOU GUYS TO UPDATE YOUR APPS AND HAVE AN OTP OPTION FOR THE PERSON ORDERING SO THAT IT IS THE PERSON ORDERING AND NOT THE DELIVERY BOY WHO CONFIRMS THE DELIVERY. YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLE DON’T EARN MONEY EASILY, IT IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME THAT JUST MISUSED BY ONE SUCH MISTAKE.
Your delivery boy HAS MARKED IT AS DELIVERED AND HAS DELIVERED IT OUT TO SOME UNKNOWN PERSON (TO A MAN AS HE CLAIMED) WITHOUT EVEN CONFIRMING THE ORDER ID SOME DETAILS or ANYTHING ELSE and claims that THAT SOME CAME TO THE RESTAURANT AND TOOK AWAY THE ORDER.. ( WHY WOULD I ORDER ONLINE IF I HAD TO GO AND PICK THE ORDER UP HE HAS NOT DELIVERED IT TO ME BUT SOME OTHER PERSON)
I REALLY NEED MY REFUND AND SOME ADDITIONAL BENEFIT TO SUCH LOSS OF TIME ENERGY AND MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.
I have been regular for weeks and time immemorial but Very sorry now Zomato is surely losing this customer.
TRIED MAILING MORE THAN **-** times AT ZOMATO, TRIED YOUR ONLINE SUPPORT ALLLLLLL THE SERVICES ARE EXTREMELY USELESS
