Issue: dirty car, late fee, and gas fee.**Context: *Late car: I rented a zipcar and when trying to extend the reservation the app kept sending an error message and wasn't working. The car also wouldn't start and there was no way I could return the vehicle to its original location because all the streets were blocked off by Miami police and driving in South Beach was utter chaos. Because of these factors it was impossible for me to return the car on-time. I also had to pull-over many times and drive very slowly and cautiously because there were so many drunk drivers. I've really never seen anything like it the safest course of action was to take my time and return the car late.**Gas: After finally getting the car to connect and start up again (with the help of a nice zipcar rep) I was too afraid to stop and fill up the tank, lest the car go offline again and not start. Because of this, I decided not to fill up the tank.**Dirty car: The car had some stains, mess, and sand in it and reeked of cigarette smoke. The wheels also had low air pressure.**Request: I would like to request a refund for this trip and the late fees because of how subpar this experience was. Between the app not working or connecting, the car not starting, the deflated wheels which led to me spending an hour at the beginning of the trip driving from station to station trying to find an available air pump (and spending money to pump the tires), the long wait times and time spent trying to get a representative on the phone, and the complete lack of communication, back-ups plans, or warnings about the driving conditions in and around the zipcar's home location, I think it is fair to request a complete refund. I have been a loyal Zipcar customer for years and wish to continue to be one.**Thank you for your time and help. Much appreciated!
