I made my account a few days ago. I never received a confirmation email regarding my membership nor any emails or anything letting me know when I can start driving. I also haven't heard anything back about my Zipcard the app keeps telling me I need. The communication between Zipcar and myself has been obsolete and I'm considering just canceling the membership before I even get a chance to use the service.
