I have * reservations and now all show up in my app as "new car details coming soon" and dont appear at all on the website. I want to *) make sure I still have a car --* YOU'VE SCREWED ME IN THE PAST WITH THIS BECAUSE IT BECAME A CANCELLATION THE DAY BEFORE WHEN I SAW THIS PATTERN, and *) reduce the time I have booked but I have no options*ability to do so on the website or the app. I waited on hold for ** min on your phone line before having to give up so I could get back to a work meeting -- this is unreasonable and painful and infuriating.
