I was trying to return the car but the Zipcar spot was taken. So i had to drive around more than an hour trying to find a spot to park as it wasnt easy because this was a city. I wasted a lot of time and finally found a spot but wasted a lot of time trying to call you guys. I still cant get to you guys so i am leaving a message. Please call me asap - *** *** **** and solve this issue as soon as possible. Btw, i have a picture of the Zipcar spot taken out by another non zipcar and also took a picture where i finally parked the car. Please advice and solve the issue.
