I paid for a car reservation, but when I went to pick up the Zipcar, the key would not turn in the ignition. The attendant at the parking garage said it was because the person before me never locked the car to end their reservation. I ended up having to book a second car and go use that one instead. I would like a refund for the first trip that was made impossible by car trouble and never happened!
