My last zip car was from *:** pm ******* till *:** pm ******* I called and did it on the phone with zip customers service at * am my car started saying no let detected so I pulled over to restart the car thinking it would reset n no it didn’t restart o sat on hold for * hour and ** minutes waiting outside for zip to pick up and then was told they can’t do nothing when it clearly stated on my bill that I was charged for a full day I need someone to call me and explain what is happening with my account and I want my money Reimbursed for turning my vehicle off my Uber home leaving me stranded
