Good morning!**Hope all is well. Yesterday I had a little issue with the location of where I was supposed to get a car. I had it reserved for *:**-**:**. I get there at *:** and the car is nowhere to be found. I recheck the location and I see no sign of zipcars anywhere. I had to cancel this reserved car because I was literally there for about a hour and a half walking around trying to figure out where it was. I ended up booking another car on power and Brooke st. I would like a refund for that car that I had to cancel. It was ** dollars gone to waste. Please reach back out to me. I called yesterday and was on the phone for nearly ** minutes with no one to response. As I’m typing this, I’m still on the phone and I’ve been on hold for about an hour now. Please please reach back out. My phone number is ***-***-****.
