Booked a car for * hours. Somehow that was more than the day rate. So I changed to day rental. That was WAY more than day rate. So changed back to * hours and called customer service.*Wow! Was that a bad experience! Hold for a long time then a call back much later. They looked at it, couldn’t explain it and took so long no cars were available near me for the day rate. No solution provided but a surly attitude was in abundance. Sso now I’m paying much more for a Zipcar error and very slow customer service. I asked for a supervisor and was told I would have to wait on hold for ANOTHER ** minutes! So, I said just call me back. They said that could not be done - after recently having done just that! I asked for him to ask someone else if a supervisor could call me back and he hung up on me! Going to try some of the other new competing services next time. Thanks Zipcar!
