I had a Zipcar trip booked yesterday (October **) which I booked a few days earlier, and the price while I booked The trip was completely different than the one that was deducted from my credit card (almost double the amount I was told I was gonna pay when I was booking the Zipcar). Which got me frustrating as the Zipcar app was supposed to be clear With me from the beginning about the amount I will need to pay. So, I decided to call customer service right after my trip ( a few minutes ago) and was dealt with one of the rudest support employee I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He kept saying that I should use “logic” instead of elaborating on the reason I was not informed of the price I would face. I am typing this email with immeasurable frustration.
GetHuman-danakut did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
