Hey there -**This is regarding ZipCard * - *********I am trying to update my phone number from the current one of ***-***-*****to****-***-******When I go through the process of changing my number, I put in the new number but I do not get the “Second Code” on my phone via text messages.**Both of these phone numbers are on the same network providers and I have no trouble getting texts from Zipcar on****-***-******But somehow****-***-**** doesn’t get the same text messages from ZipCar.********************************************************************************************************************BACKSTORY********************************************************************************************************************This problem has been happening ever since I joined ZipCar and originally had the number on my account as ***-***-****. I did some*research*on this and saw that many people had mentioned that Rogers has an issue with Automated SMS delivery and classifies them as marketing. Based on that I switched providers to Telus, and bought a spare SIM. As a test, I first switched to that Spare Telus SIM (***-***-****) and that worked perfect. Got the first code on my email, second code on****-***-**** and the number changed. But now that I have****-***-**** also on Telus, it still doesn’t get the ZipCar Text Messages.**Please help*escalate!!!!
