The issue in GetHuman-trnance's own words
I received a message from zipcar on February **, ****, that I was charged $*** for a ticket. The zipcar statement said the ticket was issued on January *, ****. However, when I called the DC Motor Vehicle Agency, and gave the ticket *F********* (on my statement) I was told the ticket was issued on ****** and was still unpaid. I have been reaching out to zipcar by phone ever since, to dispute the charge. Each time, I was told the issue was being forwarded to the "management dept" for review and I would hear back from them via email within * - * business days. I still haven't heard back from anyone and "customer service" hasn't done anything. No one can give me any other numbers or emails to contact for further assistance. Meanwhile, zipcar has my $*** and I can't get any assistance. My zipcard number was *******. I need to speak to someone who can help me resolve this issue. I am disputing this charge. If I can't get any help, I will report zipcar.
