Hello,**I rented a Zipcar yesterday. The one I was supposed to get had an empty gas tank and no gas card in the car, and I spent several minutes looking for it and then calling your customer service hotline. As you can imagine, this was really inconvenient for me, as I had to get somewhere quickly because someone else was relying on me. So then I talked to a Zipcar rep and he was nice and switched me over to another Zipcar. Upon request he said I got a half an hour free driving credit, so I returned the car half an hour later than expected since this issue kept me from leaving on time. And now I’m being charged a late return fee? I think this is really unprofessional. I hope you understand this. I was usually really happy with Zipcar because it delivered good service, but this was never my mistake and now I’m being charged for it.
