Hello, **I reserved a Zipcar on ***** via the Zipcar app. After receiving error messages for about an hour, I finally I booked the Zipcar approximately ** minutes before I planned to take the trip. Then, at the time of my trip, I accidentally cancelled the reservation via the app instead of starting it. Then, I was charged $**. I needed the car at that time, but then the rate went up for the same car, and I was afraid I would be charged again for trying to reserve the same Zipcar for the same time. Could I please receive a refund for this technical mistake. I am a Zipcar Campus Ambassador for Penn's campus and have had no issues in the past with rescheduling or cancelling reservations.
