Recently, I booked a car and it should have charged me only $** but it charged my account twice. Also, I tried to book a car today and when I booked it I specifically put it from *-* but it kept telling me *:**. I tried again and it let me put from *-*. Now, after I drive the car thinking it was *-*, I come home to my card being charged $** and my account said it was from *-*:** when the “receipt” said *-*pm???? Is there anyway I can just be charged for the *-*pm and get my money back for the wrongful overcharge for that and for charging my account unecessarily twice? Please.
