I have submitted two complaints via the the app and have called and left a message about my most recent reservation (one week ago). I would like to speak to someone directly regarding the damaged car that I received and how Zipcar plans to rectify the situation. If I’m not contacted by EOD Friday I will be withdrawing my membership. I’ve been a member for far too long to have still not heard back from the company despite my numerous attempts to receive customer service.
GetHuman-lnabrams did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
