Hi, I rented a car on November **, ****. The car to begin with was already returned ** minutes late for me to get which put me behind schedual. Then I was charged a late fee because I hit unexpected bad traffic coming back from the Sacramento airport and I tried to extend the time but somebody had already reserved the car and didn’t have a choice but to return the car when I did. The whole situation was a mess, is there a way you can reduce the late fee or help out in anyway? *Thank you,*Alejandra
