I lost my wallet including my zipcard. I talked with a supervisor who would only identify herself as Patricia yesterday *****. She would not give me a direct way to reach her again. She asserted the following:**) I could not get a new zipcard without first cancelling my reservation (for Thanksgiving). I explained to her that this would mean I wouldn't be able to get a zip car for this time (since it would be gone by the time the new zipcard arrived but she was intransient that there was nothing zip car would do to help me, except ruin my Thanksgiving vacation.**) I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told she was the highest authority in Zipcar. I believe this was lie. but so what.**) I then said if zipcar can't do anything for it's customer with ** days notice, I want a refund for the *$* a month I have been paying for basically this Thanksgiving reservation. **) SHE PROMISED to have someone call me about this $* a month concern. It has not happened.**) I called again today, waited online for *** before being disconnected.**) I want the $* a month charge returned to me since my last reservation.**) Please confirm Zipcar will do so. You can reach me at (***) *** **** with any questions.**) She said she would cancel my membership (including my reservation). Please confirm this has been done.*John Putnam
