Hi Team,**I had called and asked for new zip card * times but till today I have not received any card. I had to take uber at so many places and now for Thanksgiving, I want to book a car but I don't have a zip card and would have to book Enterprise which I don't really want to. How Zipcar is planning to compensate? Moreover, Zipcar associates from customer support team do not speak politely. They responded me so rudely for not receiving zip card when I called in Oct.
