Hello,*I was charged for a late fee and would like to apply for a waive of it. I arrived at the Zipcar parking spot at *:**pm (on-time) and there was a UPS truck in the spot. I parked in another spot on the street and even though it was raining buckets went looking for the worker. Not finding him, I waited in the Zipcar for half an hour until he finally showed up (assumedly from lunch since he was carrying a Subway bag. It was a really, really miserable experience personally, but most of all I would love to not also have to pay $** for it. My phone was dead at the time otherwise I would have called or taken a photo as proof... Is there anything you all could do for me, please? **Thank you for you time,*Kit
