Yet, we have tried to make a reservation and it does not appear. We opened this account because of a promo that offered a $** credit and no annual fee. We then did not receive our actual card for over a month and were unable to use zipcar when needed. As a result, we were offered the additional $** credit to our account. Yet, our supposed $** of credit is never available- much less a car for less than $*** for * days. Your estimate shows $***day and $*** for weekends. This is inaccurate. Kindly correct this immediately, we need to use this for the coming weekend and please assist. I want a car for a two day rental from the morning of ***** to the morning of ***** in or around the zip code of ***** within the *** price shown and to use the ** credit. Your website does not work correctly so I will need your assistance. THis is time sensitive so please take care of this by tomorrow.
