The issue in GetHuman-adameshg's own words
My Zipcard was sent initially sent on *****. After waiting * business days and not having received it in the mail, I called at *:** pm EST, ***** to check on its progress. The person on the phone verified my address (it was listed correctly), but told me they did not have the authority to have my card re-sent. He said he would pass my case along to another department that should call me by ***** at the latest to get my card re-sent. No one got back to me, so I called back myself at *:** EST, *****. This person I spoke to said he had no idea what the previous person was talking about, that the last representative should have reissued my card back on *****. So the card was reissued on ***** instead, and now it is **** and I have still not received any card. Getting anyone to rectify this has been excruciating. I'm currently on the phone yet again, this time on hold for a supervisor. Frankly, I'm not optimistic that this will accomplish anything.
