I have applied for the zip card on the **th of sept. I still havent got it. I have been charged ***$ in total(** for the card and ** for annual membership). On calling the customer care, refund of **$ was promised. I havent got my card and the refund. If the service is not good enough to process my request and it is not possible for you to deliver my card, i request you to refund my ***$.
