Hi, I appreciate your company launches such a great share car idea. However, I had a bad experience for my first time book the reservation for Zipcar. I felt frustrated because there was no sign or notice if I canceled within * hours then will be charged a lot of fees. Also, there was no any inform after you charged. I find out is because of my bank bill. I think the fee your company charged was too high and I want to know how you calculated. Therefore, I require your company to compensate me for my loss.
