Yesterday I booked a zipcar in Buffalo and I had a terrible experience. I originally set to pick up the car at *pm and when I went to pick up the car the car was not there, it took the user before me * extra hour to bring the car back. Secondly, The has tank was barely full when I received the car, and when I went to get gas the gas card did not work. I had to pay out of pocket for gas. Lastly when it was almost time for me to return the car it was pouring in Buffalo and the windshield wipers on the car stopped working. The were stuck in the middle of the windshield. So I called Zipcar to explain to them my circumstances and they tried to convince me to pay EXTRA for more time to return the car later. Why would I pay more after all the trouble I went through with the car. Then finally she says she can send roadside assistance to pick up the car. The roadside assistance didn’t come to pick up the car until around *:**am-*:**am when I was in bed. I was trying to direct the roadside asssitance in the right direction of the car noting that I was in bed and he hung up on me. So I am not sure if he picked up the car or not. This was a terrible zipcar experience. I would like to get a FULL REFUND for my trip plus my reinbursrment for gas. Thank you.
