I received a legitimate looking email regarding a charge not going through with the card on file. The email looks as professional and authentic as any I’ve seen, and while I have registered with Zipcar about a year ago… I have never used this service in anyway or form in my account has laid dormant since I registered over a year ago so I would like to speak with the car directly to validate the authenticity of the email I received so I I can determine if it were a phishing scam or if someone has stolen my identity
